This unique Murano glues glass necklace dates from the 1940s or 50s and is very uncommon. There are many factors that make these beads a unique Murano find. The necklace was tediously hand strung on brass wire, looped between each bead section. The tube shaped beads are six sided beads and are pulled millefiori canes. Each of these beads are 1/2" long or 12 mm. Between the tube beads are pairs of rhondell glass beads in Montana blue with a smaller round bead in between. The necklace is one continuous strand 48" long. The brass wires are in fine condition with some tiny specks of greening here and there. All of the glass beads are in excellent condition. Not signed, by undoubtedly old Murano glass.
